Why was it formed:

Having lived in Central America for more than 25 years I have seen the frustration of people trying to deal with living and working in a Spanish country. Not only is the language barrier a problem but with that comes a culture difference as well. Even if one comes here retired, sooner or later some interaction with the locals will be necessary. We can help make that less traumatic and in general more productive.

What we have done:

I have built houses, one in Los Arcos, a small shopping center in down town San Jose, remodeled various houses offices, locals. Having been in the construction business in the US for over 15 years, and worked in various environments both commercial as well as residential, I am aware of the problems in achieving the client's goals and working with Latinos.

Par-legal:

I have worked on all kinds of problems from building permits, plans, employee problems, residence problems to extradition work. As in most Spanish countrys the lawyers only do a part of the work, as most will not do the foot work, or if they have someone who does, the cost can be very high.

Goals:

In general, we help the new-comer to achieve a more successful and less frustrating transition into a Latin environment, with the hopes that they will stay.
We all see many who just give up and return to their home country having failed and seeing their dream vanish at a very high cost, all because they did not know how to go about getting settled or who to turn to for help in a new country.
